Ski outdoor fitness

Can you imagine a better preperation for your skivacation than the
stepper? Look at the muscles that you use on the stepper.
Riding a bike is also a nice preperation for skiing but the
stepper beats the bike thats for sure!

With the right stuff you can ride the stepper even if it is cold.

The streetstepper will be used by professional skiers for this
training purpose! Much more fun than in the gym!

New Stepper in Australia

This week we have found a new stepper on the web.

A bike called levercycle.

This stepper seems to be able to climb all mountains
this is was the inventor wrote:
It actually feels beautifully smooth
and controllable
I have tested it also to 15 degree inclines
but I can go a lot steeper than that
remember it takes full range derailleur gears
front and back.

That sounds very interesting!
